My husband and I had been looking to buy our first home. We did all that was needed to be done to become homeowners. However, we kept being approved for less money which made it difficult for us to find a good home without having to fix up. Mrs. Mary had referred us to one of her lenders that stated we would have to wait for at least six months to establish a firm credit history. What I really loved about Mrs. Mary she was determined to find the best lender and program that was fitting for us. Within Two weeks of waiting Mrs. Mary called us with a program under USDA. It took us about three months with all the processing as well as finding a home. We now have a three bedroom two full bath split foyer with an unfinished basement that has two extra rooms and a full bathroom. Mary is easy to get along with and really knows what needs to be done to close the deal. She puts her clients first and will work with you to ensure that you are happy from the time the ink dries on the contract to the closing. Ours wasn't the easiest transaction with a VA mortgage and novice buyers but Mary made sure that everything worked out. At the end of the day we bought and sold through Mary over a two month period and we gained a new friend in the process.

MARY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, WE HAD WORKED WITH OTHER REALTOR'S ON THIS PROPERTY AND SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT IT DONE.
